Having worked in General Practice for years, I took a career break after the birth of my third child. The break from Medicine allowed me to spend more time with my young children and to discover new passions. I became interested in Life Coaching during this time. The more I read and practiced it in training, the more I became convinced of the power of co-active coaching.
I enjoyed the time spent listening to clients and investigating what was really important to them. My natural curiosity and ability to understand were being fully utilised and my investigative mind was helping me to delve deeper to help clients create solutions. I loved the immediate progress, visible by the end of each session, as clients came to a new awareness of their values, strengths and potential for growth. I had found a way to use my strengths and to live according to my own values. My mission now is to help others to do the same.
